Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 26, 2026 · Version 2026-10-26
At PipelineMagic ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and safeguarding of your information when you visit our website or use our customer acquisition workspace (collectively, the "Service").
This policy explains our practices; it is not a request for blanket consent. For an offer or landing page operated by one of our customers, that business is responsible for its own privacy notice and requests. Contact us if you need help identifying the responsible business.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:
Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, company name, and payment information that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Service or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Service.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
Demo Inputs and Workspace Content
When you explicitly save a demo for signup, we store the business and offer details you enter and use an essential browser cookie to recover them in that browser for up to 24 hours. Claiming creates a saved private draft; it does not publish your page or contact leads. We also process information you submit in applications, support requests, AI prompts, and connected workspace features. Do not submit sensitive personal information or information you are not authorized to share.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe), and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Process your transactions and manage your billing.
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our Service.
- Understand and analyze how you use our Service.
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the Service, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Send you emails regarding your account or order.
- Find and prevent fraud.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
By Law or to Protect Rights
If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
When you use AI features, relevant prompts, selected workspace context, and submitted content are processed by the AI service providers used for that feature to generate a response. Connected features may also send data to the providers you authorize. A scripted demo is different from a live AI request. Review what you submit and which connections you enable.
Business Transfers
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
4. Tracking Technologies
Cookies and Web Beacons
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, saved demo recovery, and your preferences. On our marketing pages, optional Vercel site analytics and Meta advertising measurement stay off until you select them in Privacy choices. If enabled, these tools can process page URLs, browser/device information, and usage events; Meta can also use cookies and identifiers for advertising measurement. These practices can involve personal information and advertising disclosures that applicable law treats as sharing.
You can reject optional tracking and still browse or try the sample. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps Meta advertising tracking off in this browser. You can change your choices below or in the footer. Withdrawing a choice stops future optional tracking on these pages and may reload the page; it does not undo data already sent. Browser controls can remove existing cookies and storage. These preferences apply to this browser on PipelineMagic marketing pages, not to separately operated customer websites.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Email nate@pipelinemagic.ai to make a request or ask about our practices. We may need information to verify your identity and authority. Requests about a customer's leads or website may need to be directed to that business.
Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to stop marketing emails. Account verification, security, billing, and requested service messages are separate. Creating an account or claiming a demo does not grant permission for marketing SMS or automated calls.
We retain information as needed to provide the Service, maintain saved work and acceptance records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The 24-hour demo recovery window is not a promise that all records are deleted after 24 hours. Contact us about deletion; some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
6. Policy for Children
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates.
8. Contact Us
